Just generally feel run down, plus I made the mistake of looking at my jewelry with the idea of selling some of it. Most of it is from my parents, who are both gone, and some from my ex, so it just made me feel horrible.

Don't do it!! I love antiques, especially family heirlooms [and jewelry!]. You can never get them back, but you CAN get sober.
