Hi Febs, quick check in before I have to take the kiddo to school. I'm starting day 5 still sober, and I don't even have the [usual] urge to go straight to the store after I drop him off. Progress!
I caved though and took one Nytol last night [dosage is two]. I slept like a baby, hooray!! I don't want to get stuck on that program, but man does it beat the old program of crashing in bed drunk!
