What concerns me about this slip is that I was not experiencing any triggers. I was well rested, not anxious,not worried about anything, no craving...nothing. Believe me, I am really trying to figure out this one.
I do attend meetings and am working with an amazing therapist. I'm also working on my action plan. I see the value.
