Sandy, you are still very early in sobriety so believe it or not, you are giving up two major addictions at the same time too! I think I was 2.5 weeks into my sobriety when I kicked cigarettes to the curb. For the record, I’ve had more emotional break downs over the nicotine break-up then I’ve ever had over alcohol. Hang in there, we’re doing it!
