You are sweet. I got a cat! My husband finally conceded, couldn't stand me getting so low. I'm slowly earning her trust, she sat on my lap for 10 minutes just now.
Oddly enough, she's a tabby, very much like my avatar which I put up weeks before even knowing we'll get a cat. An adult though, nobody's sure of her age since she's a rescue.
Added at least 30 minutes to my morning routine, but I don't mind.
