Day 10, double digits. I quit smoking too, I guess I'm a glutton for punishment
I'm kidding, it feels good to be healthy and sober; even if I am going to be crabby for the next few weeks.
Went for a nice long walk today. It was really nice to get some exercise, it helped a lot.
