^^^Every bit of this is so spot on.

StartingOver, exercise is really something I should incorporate into my new sober life. It used to do wonders for my mood as well. I'm glad it's helping you. Things definitely will get better and then we never ever have to experience alcohol related depression again unless we choose to do so!
