Sorry you're down Thumpa.
My situation was a little different because I was single a long time before I got sober, but I had to learn that I couldn't control other people's forgiveness or when it happened.
That was a REALLY hard lesson for me - I was used to charming the birds off the trees...
but it really bought home to me just how far I'd fallen as a drinker and how much I wanted to be sober and never have this happen again.
