A smaller Mardi Gras than usual awaits. I used to do a huge party, but the space in my building has been undergoing renovation for a long time now, so I have nowhere to do it. So a big batch of jambalaya, some red beans and rice perhaps and a king cake are in the cards.
No pancakes here!
