hope you are having a relaxing evening. Not raining here today but looks like a gloomy day. I have a Bday party to go to here in a couple of hrs for an ex co worker... I will probably see a few people I worked with for years but haven't seen in years.
I am sorry Up if I brought that up for you. I have same regrets about my other cat but know it is not good for me to dredge that up.....another thing I just need to forgive myself for & let go. I woke up early & wished I could go back to sleep, decided to try some deep breathes, did 3 deep, deep breathes, with the words I inhale confidence & peace & exhaled worry, shame & guilt.... I could not believe I woke up an hour & a half later & only because I got a text because I was in a deep, deep sleep!!!!
