It's a wet Saturday, probably a good day to skip the gardening.
Mariah, I hope the trip to the shop was fruitful. There must be a way to kick this anxiety in to touch.
I have a quote above my desk at the moment "worry pretends to be necessary but serves no useful purpose" (Eckhart Tolle). It's helped me a lot to remember that every now and then.
I've noticed that I don't worry about things nearly as much as I used too, but I still need a reminder at times.
Tops, I love hearing about your wildlife, we have our own furry and feathery friends here which we look out for too. At the moment they're all a bit confused due to the mild winter we're having they think it's spring. I saw a crow foraging for nesting sticks the other day.
It's raining heavily today, a good day to skip the gardening. So I'll be clearing up indoors, and maybe get on the computer to set up a budget spreadsheet.
