ChrisBen- I know what you mean about the emotional waves. I am feeling very self absorbed, but you are dead right, drinking doesn't help anything.
My plan for the weekend in a non-drinking family night out on Friday (forest light show). Thereafter, I am going away for a few days with my young son. I normally drink at home with my husband, so am taking myself away for the first weekend. What do you have planned?
