Congrats on Day 3 Chinaski. I find that reading/posting here first thing in the morning helps me too. The first week is always so hard. I know, from experience, that once I get some good time under my belt it gets a little easier. This is by far the hardest time I have had trying to quit. I guess what they say about this disease being progressive is true. Sigh.
