Good morning, friends. Wow! I had a great day yesterday. Everything in me yesterday morning told me to stay home and hibernate. But I didn't listen. I went out on a joy hunt and, WOW, I found joy all day long. I was so open to what was going on around me and met some amazing folks, great random conversations, coffee with a bunch of seal lions sunning themselves, . . .and lots of walking. I just love it. If you look for joy, you will find it. FOCUS on what you want.
