I also feel that same way Rah. I was so out of sorts yesterday it brought my period 2 weeks early. =( ugh. I just kept playing the tape though and drinking just sounded yucky. I really hate the way I feel after its all done. It's just not worth it when i know these feelings i'm having will pass with a little time.
