Happy day 8 to me. Survived the first week. Staying grateful to that but not naive enough to let my guard down.
I learned new coping skills instead of turning to the bottle in several situations this wk. I'm feeling better and better every day so why stop now? Asking God for 24 more hours of sanity and hope. Growth!!!!! 830 am

I hope everyone has a great day. I am going to visit my family. A commitment I will keep instead of choosing to drink today/last night. All is pretty dang well and I hope it is for my friends here as well
