First of all, you attitude is infectious! You sound great, thanks for being so uplifting!
The specific yoga sessions I do (called Kundalini Yoga) is not on Youtube but the first one I ever tried was. I use a channel called GAIA TV (on Roku- we don't use cable) and it is all about meditation/yoga/paranormal/self help/metaphysical concepts. Great channel, I love it. I also have a couple dvds by Maya Fiennes. Just search "kundalini yoga" in Youtube and a few will come up, or search for Maya Fiennes to see what it's all about (very different than the yoga people do at the gym).
The library is a great way to find a dvd you like before buying one! If you want to do regular yoga (non Kundalini) check out Rodney Yee- he is one of my favorites and can be found on Youtube, I am sure.
