3 weeks ago I woke up after a sleepness night feeling a total mess.
Today I woke after a solid night's sleep looking forward to the day even though I have work to do!
I have so much more optimism and hope it really is worth pushing through it! Thanks to everyone on here I couldn't do it without you all
