For now stay away from any situations where I would be tempted to drink. No entertaining for a good few weeks have builders starting Monday on damp in kitchen so used it as an excuse to take a break for a month.
I have also bought a book to start a journal and told a friend that i am quitting. I have never told anyone so was quite a big step.
Looking forward to a sober weekend and going to use it to get some serious reading done I have plenty of books including rational recovery which came a few days ago. Hope something will stick in this stupid brain of mine finally.
Oh and avoid all shops on way home from work that is definately a danger zone.
