As I was entering the store i started thinking: "Really!?! Again!?! Even if you stick with two today, what about tomorrow?". I bought candies instead, think I was low on blood suger. Eating them now, feeling better. But that was a close call...must be vigilant

I know when I get thirsty the first thing I think of is a beer, probably because I rarely ever drank water. Just booze or coffee.
I've definitely had some success handling my cravings by just drinking water.
