I wanted to thank you for all your thoughts. I am still a bit shaken up that drinking was on the table last night if the project was lost. I am very grateful for small miracles. Self-doubt, which is a big trigger for me, seems to be rearing its head a lot lately. Last night didn't help, but at least I got through it. Just trying to regain some confidence.
I think sometimes we feel recovery means never having self doubt or wobbly moments again and that's just not true.
I really believe it's our response to those crises that is the real test of our recovery - and fropm what I can see you responded great Strat.
