Goat, I feel your pain and completely agree with you! I work in a nature preserve. It drives me crazy. People dump pets thinking they are "giving them back to nature." The only little teensy problem is that dogs, cats, and once I got a rooster... Are domesticated animals that have been selectively bred for thousands of years to rely on humans to live.
