I am really glad to hear your aunt is doing good
My mom made it home the Thursday before Christmas and we are very thankful for that. She is glad to be home and a little frustrated by the nurses and physical therapists that stop by almost every day but at least she is home
I saw my life coach in November and she mentioned meditation. I will look into that book you mention as meditation is definitely something I want to look into.
