Working on my plan. I never really put enough time and effort into it.
Got the folder and started writing it up this afternoon.
My the triggers section really resonates as does 'how do you feel when you feel well'.

I'm gonna commit to spending at least 30 mins on it everyday.

Feel good.

Day 2. Accountability is king.
