I started thinking about how everyone here would tell me not to do it, and I started listing every username I could think of in my head. I bet I came up with thirty or so, from memory. Every username I thought of, I thought, "Oh, he/she would tell me not to do it, he/she is on my side, they are pulling for me, they are fighting the same fight, etc." It worked.

The list on this thread usually has 40-60 names a day. If you are struggling, write them down, or print the list and carry it with you. We are your people. We want you to succeed.
