Thanks Kiki / Meshelly, Agree Kiki not being around others drinking would definitely have been preferable and what I have done so far, I'm not going to drink and just sat here pretty quiet whilst everyone chatting and playing trivial pursuit - I look a bit rude sat in the corner more interested in reading SR - does feel a bit like torture watching them all drink but no matter what / how crap I feel right now I am not going to have one - sparkling water only.
You will feel so much better tomorrow for not drinking Andy! You can do this!!! Maybe just ask for an ibuprofen and just say something like "sorry if I seem quiet...I've been fighting a headache all day." Would that help you feel more comfortable? Then people wouldn't be "wondering" why you're quiet?
Also-They probably aren't thinking about you as much as you think they are. My sponsor always has to remind me of that...that people don't think about me as much as I think they do! Haha
