I just wanted to say that whatever you do, hang on to your recovery. I used to drink over relationship problems too. It's an awful cycle because that never solves the underlying problems and you 'have to' continue drinking more since the problems haven't gone away.

Staying sober at first is very uncomfortable because you have to face these problems without the buffer you're used to. For me, that provided the motivating force to finally examine and really solve these problems.

In the short term, do whatever it takes to stay sober today. I don't know details on how your husband is, but perhaps you can go to another room or leave the house entirely if things get bad.

Long term you can work to find more of a solution and examine what you really want for your life.
