Oh Wolfy that so made me laugh. I went to an all girls school , so they would bring the neighbouring so boys school boys & we all sat on opposite sides of the room too .
It makes me cringe also. I was so shy around boys , I didn't want to dance , it was pretty cringeworthy stuff , but thanks for the laugh.
