Reminds me of my "heavy training" power smoothie that I used to have for breakfast when I was in a hurry:
2 scoops protein powder, 2 tablespoons wheatgerm, oats, 400mls low fat milk, banana, tablespoon flax oil.
It was a healthy, power monster....might start on it again and you will be all to blame UUN :-)
