Day 9 here (tomorrow double digits :-)).
Finally after what seems like endless work for the past couple of months I have a few quiet days. Took an extra hour in bed, then a workout and then a long breakfast. Midweek. Bliss. Cravings back in check after a few tough hours yesterday and feel great.
Actually I am enjoying all time at home and starting to lose weight which is nice. Holidays in a couple of weeks and then a business trip that will see me through 9 countries in 16 days. That should be more than enough to keep me busy and straight. Yesterday was tough, I will make sure to eat and not find myself in that position again.
