Im back to day 1 today, thought it better to be honest. Dont think I had prepared myself fully for the cravings. Had a chat with my mrs and we had a good brainstorm on what to do if cravings hit. Im going to make this my very final day one. On to new and better things.....i sat so miserable drinking last night, its actually quite comical, I totally ruined my own night for no reason and by choice, I knew if I drank id be in a bad mood because I drank but I did it anyway.
