I saw where his wife is denying he was using drugs. That made me sad for her too, that she feels like she has to cover up instead of truly just experiencing the grief for what it is. A better choice, in my opinion, is to use this as a wake up call to so many others. Sigh. Addiction is awful.
Yes, addiction is awful.
Maybe in time by going through the grieving process, she will be able to come to terms and face the reality of what is/was. I imagine she and the children are heartbroken.
