I'm sorry you are feeling so sad newhope. I haven't stayed sober in quite some time now. I keep failing, I restart, I fail again. I know the feeling of frustration all too well. Just keep reaching out, posting, and deny the urge to drink. Its hard, I agree, but we have to keep fighting. I think the run was an excellent idea. We are all in this together.
