Heading in to day 4 and finally got a good nights sleep thankfully. I got through my first evening of wine time by cooking dinner as soon as I got home and sitting down to eat. (Typically I would pour myself a glass of wine as soon as I got home and sit down in my chair). Work days are probably the hardest for me so on to day 4. I won't drink today!
