Hey Kiki, I was feeling somewhat the same as you earlier so I forced myself out of the house and ran a few errands, came home and made a big pot of pasta fagioli soup and garlic breadsticks. I picked up a couple bags of candy just in case cravings kick in.

Each day, getting on the scale, I am relieved to not be gaining weight what with all the Thanksgiving food and leftovers. I really need to start exercising though; I need to shed 20 pounds. I have a closet full of clothes that I can’t fit into!

I know I did a lot of damage to myself over the past year and have to be patient and let the healing progress at its own pace. I developed indigestion during that period, something I never experienced before. I hope it isn’t going to be a permanent reminder.

I hope everyone’s evening (or morning) is stress free and relaxing. Hugs to all!
