Sorry you couldn't sleep last night, Toots! I can definitely relate.

Lately I have been doing a few minutes of self hypnosis after I go to bed and that has been working well. I've generally slept from 5 to 8.5 hours :-)
I used to do that for pain instead of meds many years ago and had gotten out of practice.
