How did you get on with this? Have thought about it before but have no idea what to expect etc....been to smart counselling through my doc and it was ok but I got signed off really quickly without much follow up. Sooo....I am the kind of person that needs someone there to say "Ffs get a grip, you are not drinking you fool' instead of 'it's just a blip' or 'many people on the road to recovery relapse 5 times at least' --- there could of been my green light had I chosen to follow it.
