Happy prethanksgiving everybody!! I take the day off to cook and prepare. This is really my favorite holiday on many levels. It's all about gratitude, family, friends and food. We host, since j and I go to our respective hometowns for Christmas, this is kind of our Christmas. J used to grumble about going to all the trouble for an "American holiday," until I pointed that out. Now she's all in.
Joygirl convinced me to get the new Adele cd and blare it while I cook, that sounds like fun.
