Whew!
LOL I'm worn out! I've been sitting on my couch moping letting the anxiety get to me and worrying about everything and I decided that I had to do something so I got my butt off the couch and ran around the house playing tag with my 4 year old for the past 30 minutes and it really helps!! Hopefully it keeps helping! I'll do this as many times a day all day to keep the anxiety away if I need to. I'm just so happy to at least not be feeling anxious for awhile.
