I also had a slip last week. It's weird but this detox feel so much worse than the previous ones! Even the one after a 2 month binge. I guess my body just can't handle it anymore. I'm having the most horrible anxiety. Just like you said, it solidified my commitment to sobriety. I can't go through this again!
