Sorry Wolfy...you did ask about links to cut down on sugar. I've done a lot of different things for over a year now.

I did a Whole 30 originally, which is 30 days of no wheat, dairy, sugar, preservatives. Basically good, real food. After 30 days, I had no desire for sugar at all. It's soooooo addictive and added to so many things in our diet. I then saw a doco on high fructose corn syrup, which is in everything! Ice cream, chocolates etc. and that is one scary chemical. People think it's safe because it's "corn" but it's so modified, uggh. I then realised that even popcorn made me crave sweets, sugar/high fructose corn syrup.
