I hope I can withdraw my offer. I'm not sure how the legal stuff works. There's a problem with the parking spot. It's rented and I spoke to the guy who rents it to the current owners and he said he wouldn't rent it to me until I'd bought the condo and moved in, and even then maybe not as he might move himself and sell his place with his parking spot. He was a bit of a jerk, really. So, I emailed the realtor and withdrew my offer. The sellers had counter offered and I hadn't signed back on this so I hope I have an out. I think I will have to continue searching for a place that definitely has its own parking spot.
