Hi all, hi Leigh, the matinee was good. I saw some people I hadn't seen in a while.
I liked the condo. It's downtown so very different from my quiet street house. It had a nice view though with trees and there is a lovely roof top garden. I could afford it. I'm very nervous though. It's such a lifestyle change but I do keep going on about how I need a change! The closing is mid Jan if I offered and I'd not get my house sold by then. I'm going to speak to the bank this morning about financing ideas. Wow, I'm nervous!
