SO I made it through last night without alcohol although I did consider a drink ... I had the worst sensation... felt like I was having a panic attack again. The same thing that let me have a drink again after being sober for 2 weeks...
Woke up this morning with chest pains as well as shoulder and neck pain... although I did sleep well without night sweats.
The panic attacks are scary though because your not sure if it is a panic attack or just bad withdrawal. My head was spinning, heart racing, felt like I was going to die... but I didn't so I am ready for day 2.
