Supertired, take some deep belly breaths. Exhale slowly. Try looking at something beautiful while you do it. Breathe in....o u t. Repeat. It always works for me.
These little anxiety attacks are normal in early sobriety. Hang on. I even have beautiful pictures of nature in my phone to look at when I get anxious. Taking a brisk walk or doing some jumping jacks helps too - but maybe not possible while sitting in class.
