i've been doing planks
and i've been doing kegels
staying off the donuts
and staying off the bagels
i've been doing crunches
and i've been doing stretches
trying not to be
one of them old wretches
so far so good
i feel i'm getting stronger
adding a few reps everyday
and holding planks for longer
but after two damn surgeries
i'm still so tight and weak
but i'm walking and that's something
and i don't drink or tweak
