Welcome all of you at the beginning of your sobriety! I am in the August 2015 class (stopped on August 2, so today I have three sober months.)

You can do this! You will find lots of help and support here -- any time you feel weak, post here instead, and someone will talk you through it. The early days can be difficult, but you can get through them!

I'd also recommend the 24-hour support thread (posting there every day helps me stay committed) and the Tuesday and Friday chat meetings.
