Ah thanks guys! I did the run, I was faster than I thought. I definitely used up all my energy as I spent most of yesterday, ha ha. Even though we had an extra hour in bed. So pleased I did it, that's two big runs this year. Now I need to set the next fitness goal.
How is everyone? Can't believe it's Monday again already but going to work relaxed and sober is great (even if my legs are a little sore)
