Got up early on this Saturday morning to catch up on everyone's posts. This forum is such a shot in the arm. There is so much hope and strength here.
And Dee - kudos to you. You stay so on top of all the posts. I don't know how you do it. But I like that you tell it like it is...no sugar-coating. And you give alternatives, which is also a great help.
In sticking with the good advice of "having a plan" to avoid drinking, my husband and I are going bike-riding this morning, and then to a movie theater tonite - one that serves food! Sunday we will get together with family (some of whom are also recovering), so temptation is not a concern. Plus, I will fit my meetings in.
