Midton I waited a while before I allowed myself to go around places like that. I've been to a few parties in the last 90 days and I was nervous. I had an escape plan, I had a plan, period. Have a way to get out. Don't give yourself the opportunity to give in. I still find that I can handle it in small doses, but after a while it all starts getting nerve wracking. It may be because my AV is trying to stir up, but I always have a plan to shut it all down.
